Refund Conditions
- Refunds are only applicable to hosting services purchased directly from HoxyHosting.com.
- Customers found to be in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, abusive usage, illegal content hosting, or any activity violating our policies.
- Refund requests must be made within the first 14 calendar days after purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference or after significant usage of server resources.
- Domain registrations, add-ons, or third-party services included with your hosting plan are non-refundable.
